Default The Daily Awesome #1
Office went out for lunch today, so I didn't have to do dishes or take out the garbage at work today! (We don't leave food bits in the trash overnight).

What's your awesome today?

(Yes, "awesome" is a noun now. Deal with it. ;)

Got the package I've been expecting for a week. It's a keychain with a bunch of little potion bottles. I've got Gillyweed, Floo Powder, Felix Felicis, and Maximum Turbo Farts. My bestie made it all herself. It's pretty cool.

today was a pretty normal day, actually.

I took a 6 hour nap today hence why I am up at 1 in the morning. XD

Six hour nap is still pretty awesome. I'm up until 1:00 am most of the time, anyway, nap or not.
Default #6
I'm almost always up till one, that's nothing.

Look at all the ex-writers casually nouning verbs.

My sleeping times varies. The earliest I go to sleep is around 8 or 9. And the latest that I will go to bed is midnight.

Can't go any later than that if you have to get up in 6 hours!

I can be a stubborn pick about such things, like the use of the word "literally" for emphasis, even though it was added to the dictionary (how dare they?! *Brandishes Oxford comma placard*) but messing with language is fun. :)
Default #10
dictionaries only tell you how words are used, they don't tell you how to use words.
Default #11
It does both, really, else we would never refer to a dictionary to figure out words.

I'm a nit-pick about language though, and I do not see how the definition of "literal" as being something as written, fits with emphasizing something, except by people messing it up so much that the mess up because easier to accept then to correct. Pox, I say! Pox!

Alright, done now. Will bring new awesome tomorrow. ;)

err, later today.
Default #12
the only thing I use a dictionary for is to learn how people use words.

Oh puhleeze, the day doesn't roll over until 6am. Every self-respecting (?) college student learns this.

Oh, to be up to staying up 'til all hours of the following day... I used to go 1.5-2 whole days without sleep when I was younger... One time, I went about 56 hours straight, at a convention. I paid for it the next few days though. Nowadays, I go from about 1:30-2:30 PM to about 5-6 AM the next day, unless I have someplace I need to be in the late morning. In those cases, I just stay up and crash later. I'd blame the almost year (seriously. If I'd've held out for one more month, I'd've had a year with the company) I worked graveyard shift from midnight to 8 AM for messing up my sleep schedule, if not for the fact that I spent almost twice as long adapting to somewhat more "normal" hours... especially during the 6 months I was homeless and living out of my car.
I use They/Them pronouns.

I stay up late, but I also sleep in. Going 56 hours without sleep is crazy! O.O
