Because I was curious, I went and visited Menewsha (which I have honestly never heard of), and clicked around a moment. The similarity is because Trisphee & Menewsha both use something called "vBulletin" for their forums. :D It's a fairly common thing to use, and tends to lead to a similar layout of things.
