Hello there! ^^ As I'm sure Momo said, the face items are in the shop called "Trinkets and Tresses"

the egg in the shop?
its a special egg that gives you a special random item.
if you buy one you can open it by going to you inventories-> usable items and then opening it. you will then get to see what item it is
