It's a japanese movie, but I found the story to be extremely moving. Definitely one of my favourite films to date. Just wondering if anyone else has seen it, or heard about it?

I've heard of it... i think it might've come out around the time I was in Japan? I know it's based on an old anime... which I think also got a remake more recently.

It's freaking brilliant. I highly recommend watching it.
