For the signature, it says "Allow Image BB Code Yes" but then it says "Can Upload Images for Signature No"&& "Can Upload Animated GIF for Signature No".

What does this mean? Does it mean I can't put images in my sig.? o__o

Oh and another question. The rules says signature limit is 300px x 300px. Does it mean all together (including text if a pic is allowed) it has to be that size?

No, that means you can't send images to trisphee.com and have us host them -- you have to host your images on another site.

The signature limit for images is 300x300, but the signature limit for everything together is 400px tall (the limit is just the width of the page). If you go over the limit, it'll get cut off, so don't go over the limit.
