What you need is a distraction, its one of the key things to tackle depression. Do something active, and even mediating is suppose to help.
Like if you ommm, then you cannot think at the same time and so depressing thoughts will be blocked.

You could paint your nails or somthing if you enjoy doing that?

Every Wednesday I go to a trainer to workoit and learn new techniques
we do lunges weights push ups sit ups ectect

Its 2:30 Atm

Because of my body type brefast makes me fatter

o.o how do you know if its good or bad for you D;
I don't eat lunch or anything, or avoid as much as possible...actually i really need to stop eating again, i feel like im bulking out >: other people say i look healthy, but i feel blegh.

if you have a big tummy don't eat breakfast

I wanna flatten it and get rid of it and everything. ;x;
I struggle at sit ups though.
