What you need is a distraction, its one of the key things to tackle depression. Do something active, and even mediating is suppose to help.
Like if you ommm, then you cannot think at the same time and so depressing thoughts will be blocked.
You could paint your nails or somthing if you enjoy doing that?

That should help see you through and give you plenty of slow realsing energy if you havent had breakfast

I don't eat lunch or anything, or avoid as much as possible...actually i really need to stop eating again, i feel like im bulking out >: other people say i look healthy, but i feel blegh.
