I have an Acekard so I could theoretically play it on my DS, even. XD

I actually have the Japanese White on my Acekard. I preordered Black, though, so it's not like I'm not giving Nintendo moneys. <3 I just like a small early preview haha.

I have an R4 but it went missing when my sister lost her DS. It's probably still hiding in her messy room.

Aw, sad times.

I was tempted to pick up an R4 but I got my Acekard instead, that was during the "R4 downtime" or that like.. year-long period where nobody was developing the software anymore.

Now the National Pokedex is something you'd want to bother with, by completing it you get the Shiny charm which increases your chances of getting a shiny by 30%

That's a thing?! REALLY?! ; w; Finally a good reason to complete the national dex. *has never encountered a wild shiny ever*

I've only seen one shiny wild: Sandslash in HeartGold. - u-
I also got a Shiny Totodile from soft reseting in my SoulSilver.

.. But speaking of Pokemon Black 2, I just reserved mine. ~

I don't have the luck or patience to soft reset until I get a shiny starter. ; n;

Well, I'm doing it again to get a different one (hopefully).
I just try a few times a day until I get it.
The Totodile took me about a month to do, but I only did it like ..
20 times a day, and I took a few days off.
