Uhm, I don't know, maybe the guess under which "rock" or "cup" the prize is hidden. You could use random generator, and manually make it for each guess different, so there is no even chance to win.

The prize can be something small, like 250-1000 aurum, or points that stack up to get a bigger prize in your charity or something.
