no clue joined the site a few days ago wish i could get an egg as well but no clue how to get the runes i think you can buy some or donate but i dunno about the eggs!

I found a thread about it. Yeah, if you donate a dollar you get ten runes, which is enough to buy an egg. After buying it, you use it and it opens up with a set of randomly selected items. There's only a few "random" sets it can come up with though.
