So I'm baking fudge for the very first time! I want to know if you guys like to bake or if you have any stories of baking gone horribly wrong.

I'm terrible at baking cakes don't rise, buiscuts meh lol

I'm waiting right now for it to cool. I had the left over fudge in the pot and it tasted really yummy! My neighbors already want some.

I bake alot... oh drunk cheesecake....

Alpha, our now roommate and I were drinking at my parents place on memorial day weekend. We made it before we really started drinking, but Alpha can not bake to save his damn life... I am serious. So we had him crushing out cookies for the crust.... he decided to get the magic bullet to make it and didn't fucking screw the blade onto the base and made a huge mess.... and then the chocolate wouldn't separate in the batter and just melded. So after baking we had to let it set... and then we started drinking.... My roommate doesnt remember eating the cheesecake at all... Alpha and I were both mildly drunk and swear that the cheese cake was delicious.

It is called that because of how drunk we were when we ate it.. the cheesecake was sober....

I've always wanted to make cheesecake. Its so yummy!

I do enjoy baking, but since I'm trying to eat healthier it's not something that happens often.

I hope your fudge comes out good though. I've never tried to bake fudge before though.

It was really good! I ended up giving my neighbors like half of it because I didn't want any more, my roommate insulted the way it looked and my boyfriend doesn't like chocolate. They really liked it.

Fudge sounds lovely right now.

Recently I made some brownies that turned out hard as a rock, like a caramel texture, because I used corn oil instead of vegetable oil. I'm not sure if there's a difference but I think there is, but my mother said corn oil would be fine. Nahhhh, lol.

Hmmm I've never done that before but I do use olive oil instead of vegetable oil in cake mixes. I think it makes them taste better.
