Evolving and Leveling gives you different attacks you may want. and its fun. The OLD thread with this forum game all you'd do was level really and if a random trainer appeared there'd be no HP to even really know who'd win or lose.. the battle would go on for ever.
There really is no need for stats and stuff on the forum game. Just let the mod roll the dice and hope you're lucky. I'll be adding stuff up there for type advantages soon though. for like a fire pokemon vs a grass/bug pokemon.. if the dice rolls a 3, that is 300 damage + what ever the type advantage will be. I'm working that out :3
