Did not know you gate swag, but nonetheless, I too strongly dislike the term. Ebonics is definitely becoming parallel to American English.

To Q1: No one wants to hire me, that's why. I'm very limited in drawing and music, and anything I ever did for people was free... If I had a bank account, I'd be more motivated to do things because I'm gaining something.
