Colored may be around $20+ extra. Backgrounds.......homg....you know I suck at backgrounds and I take forever with them xD. I don't really know if including a background would make or break your piece. So with that, it's really a gamble. But again, I think I'd charge for complexity. Like if you have those patterned backgrounds (kinda like stripes) that could be like around $3. If you have something like.....extremely detailed scenery, like a masterpiece, I'd say that could go upwards to $200.

Line-art? I'd say around $17. Lack of symmetry and a head makes drawing it easier xD , even if there is a lot of stuff on it. Coloring....I'd say around $25 extra. That background, pretty easy since there's not much there...add $13-$25...depending on how detailed you want it.
