varies from day to day but depression is definitely a main issue.. -hugs back-

When i was depressed, I was like... ugh... the worst of me, I didn't talk, didn't eat, couldn't move quickly, I stayed in bed, randomly cried for the heck of it, slept for 14 hrs, then be awake for 24 hours

yes, it was that bad.
and being in an asian family didn't help. All they ever told me to do was to "man up"
