he is not soft, and when he does not shave he actually pulls skin off of my arms and neck when he kisses me, even the stubbles hurt he needs to be professionally waxed to be honest but that is expensive and kinda mean

Stubbles aren't meant to be soft! That's why you grow a nice, luxurious beard. 8D

I prefer smooth legs, but don't require them, underarms are fine either way.
