"I suppose you have a point, what could be more new than this?" Klaus asked.

"Now you talkin'," Randy replied with a flash of sharp teeth. He put an arm around Klaus. "You just let Randy take care of you tonight."

"Alright, I'm all yours," said Klaus.

"C'mon, now. Night ain't over yet," Randy announced as he urged Klaus to follow him to the bar. "That friend a' mine oughtta be here soon. In the meantime, lemme getchoo a drink."

"What do they have here?" asked Klaus.

"All kinda fun stuff," said Randy VIII. "Stuff that'll make you breathe fire, black out, or puke a rainbow if you want. Then there's your average everyday drinks, lotta beers and fruity stuff."

"What's that?" Klaus pointed to a greenish drink with a berry in it.

"That's a favorite. You drink that an' you'll become your own song," said Randy VIII.
"Some people use it to test for true love," added the large, scruffy blorknog behind the bar.

"I'll try one!" said Klaus.

"What the hell, I ain't had one in a while; make it two," said Randy VIII. A pair of drinks was placed before them, bright blue berries floating enticingly near the bottom of a fizzy green sea topped with black foam.

Klaus grinned and downed his, a few moments later he was gracefully twirling and whirling about, grabbing hold of Randy's hand he pulled him in with him.

Randy didn't protest, and as his vision filled with pink bubbles he joined Klaus in graceful dance.

The two swirled together and when they came down from their high Klaus had Randy in a graceful dip.

There was cheering and whistling from the nearby crowd, and Randy took the opportunity to give Klaus a nice, dramatic kiss.

Klaus returned the kiss, "Didn't realize I could be so light on my feet, I bet that stuff could make a dancer out of anyone!"

"Anyone but Jones," said Randy with a sigh as he righted himself.
