I have a heart condition, it's flaring because it's cold.

I have a mild heart condition as well, I am sorry to hear that kag, I hope it gets better.

Mines is bad I can't remember what the hell it;s called but it's genetic and killed my dad a few years back

I have no immune system really to speak of so spend 90% of the year sick and in bed. In this kind of weather I only go out when I really have to.

I am rarely ill.. I never had chicken pox, etc.. only issues I have had weren't health wise.. just a cyst.. and maybe a sprained ankle once or twice..

but than.. I have always like being outside.. I am going to join a rambling club that's in town..
