Yes, because meters per a second is meters divided by seconds, so to cancel out seconds you multiply by time in terms of seconds. :3

But I like math! XD I actually confused my professor for accounting with my work, but she saw I had the correct math done for it and the correct answers, so out of 30 points she had given me a 27. XD And then she was talking about it in the class afterwards saying she didn't know who's test that was because she doesn't look at names when grading, so I showed her mine and she's like "OMG! That was your test? Oh that's right! You have a B.A. in Mathematics so you can do crazy math like that!" XD Let's just say several people wanted to look and they were floored because they didn't understand any of it. XD
