And the internet was down for all day today along with the cable and phone.

Ouch, that stinks. :/ Where they working on something or was it just out?

Apparently someone was stupid and cut a fiber optic cable or something?

But I thought those were locked away in tunnels and stuff?

No....this isn't a big city or anything. My town has a population of under 3k....and the wires have to travel miles across the state at least.

Oh, that would explain why then. ^^;

And even if it was, wires cut can still screw stuff up.

They do need to update the wires probably....and are just waiting for them to fall apart before they do.

Some companies do that, even more so if its a region that normally has wires that wear out easily.

I don't think they'd wear out easily if they weren't old D:

It could be caused by animals and stuff, like rodent animals making burrows and such.

I don't think that's it or it would happen a hell of a lot more.

I think they probably have some protection for it, metal pipes, but it makes it harder to get to probably to fix. Idk.

Like I'm not, but I can wake up quickly if needed.

And I hate mowing.

It takes a bit for me to wake up as well, usually I'm more coherent after using the bathroom myself. XD
