I usually use a mix of 3-5 peppers.
Makes for a more interesting experience.

At some points of the year i even use a kind of yellow moss flower as pepper.

....Erk. I can't tell if the thing going on right now is heartburn, or just a stomachache from irregular/not eating. Ow.

Not particularly true, but lack of food does exacerbate depression and has triggered migraines previously for me.

...I'll go see what microwaveables I have. Might go get actual food somewhere later.

Ugh, as am I, really.

The thing is, severe lack of food/nutrition, mental issues, and lack of energy mutually exacerbate each other.
