That item isn't available at the moment. He didn't update his avatar after closed beta was over.

I'm, sure it won't be extremely expensive. ;] It's one of those generic avatar site items, but yes. That's my good friend Tommy and he was lazy about this site and never updated his avatar after the shop system was really installed and fixed up. ^^ You'll get one eventually, don't fret. =D
And yes, even if it's dirt cheap it will be incredibly popular. :B
