You typically have to have them when in the mountains

I live in an area with mountains, but it's still not a requirement.

From the state patrol page for my state
"On the following routes all vehicles and combinations of vehicles over 10,000 pounds shall carry sufficient tire chains to meet the requirements from November 1 to April 1 of each year or at other times when chains are required for such vehicles:"
Then after that was 12 different passes listed where it is required

i'm pretty sure my car has all-weather tires.

when i was a kid, we had snow chains -- and studded snow tires too.

even though i'm in PA, people still don't know how to drive in the snow here. XD

I have all weather too but they still need it with how icy it gets up there :/

I've only watched one so far but doesn't seem so bad~

They like, are zombies, but they're not. It is just six people who suddenly I dunno I guess, returned? They seem to be normal living people again except for the fact that their memories are fuzzy and they were all covered in dirt.

I mean I'm still watching the first episode but that seems to be the gist ofi t XD

OH I did like how ok so they all just were in the cemetery and the police show up to investigate a complaint and see these naked people so they are like "hey there i'm the police here is a blanket hows it goin"

The show reminds me of some French show about dead people being put in houses to live together. I never watched it because dead people shows scare me ><

It reminds me of this book I read called Handling the Undead. . .

so, as an unabashed coward with a very weak stomach i have not seen, read or heard of any of this X''D

ya I can't handle real people horror shows . . . I get along well with the ones that aren't actually scary though so I am relieved it hasn't frightened me yet XD

The character that is apparently the villain is pretty stupid and doesn't scare me, I just find him to be very annoying.

Well after I get done with The 100 it will be next on the list.
