I just discovered crunchyroll has been double and triple charging me since april -.-

and the help person does not believe me -.-

I couldn't convince her so I've been escalated to the billing team who only operates through emails.

So now I have to wait ._.

I offered to give her screenshots of the various transactions but she kept declining them and then asking me questions that she could have gotten off of the screenshots!

But no word from their billing department yet ho hum.

They never emailed me like the gal said they would be but I got 2 refunds of 6.95

So I sent an email to point out that it has been going on since april and not just the last two transactions >.>;
