I totally agree. I joined in 2010 but was only here for about a week. I was already on Ernya and the friend that I followed here disappeared. I became active again after Syndrone started to die. I had a great experience at Syn, but I have to agree this is the friendliest site I have ever been on.

I also love how simple it is. Enough features to keep you entertained, and not too much that it's overwhelming. Also, I just checked out Syndrone, and is that your avatar featured on the front page? :o

I just came back after a three-year absence and honestly I feel a very welcoming, happy vibe here. It's something that I haven't felt while in an avatar community for years.

I use to frequent Gaia, which we all know has a trash community, and then went to Solia where I didn't have the best experience, between Solia and Ernya I found Trisphee but I guess I drifted away and spent more time on Ernya up until it suddenly closed and left me homeless.

I tried to get back into Solia recently but everything on there feels so intimidating... is it just me or does anyone else feel that way? The users seem harsh and intense. I get anxiety when I make posts and try to engage with others. Then I remembered Trisphee and now that I've regained entry to my accounts... I think I'd rather be here. It's really lovely here!!

Gosh, I haven't even thought of Solia in years. But even back many years ago, I kind of felt afraid/bad anxious to post in places. So it definitely wasn't you.

Whew! okay good to know, I joined Solia within the first year it opened and it always felt like a really unsafe and uncomfortable environment. I have no idea why. I just get this really negative vibe from it.

I've always gotten that vibe when I played Solia also. I forgot my username, but I had several old donation items and old yearlies from the first year. I thought about recovering my username and password but they might have deleted my account.
