Today was fucking INSANE already.
I really hope the rest of the day calms down, or my anxiety is going to kill me.

Just went on this wild goose chase to get "authenticated" for food stamps [aka, they didn't think I existed] and if that wasn't enough, the building looked like a rented out fricken abandoned grocery store [CARTS AND ALL] and I thought my identity was going to be stolen. There were no case workers, just a clerk who took my ID, copied it, gave it back with a piece of paper, and sent me on my way.

If I hadn't asked questions like "Am I done? Do I need to wait? Will I receive a letter in the mail?" She wouldn't have said ANYTHING TO ME.

But, I called them in their main office, and it turns out it was a legit location, just WEIRD ass people, in a WEIRD ASS building.

That is horrible! I would have been really freaked out as well!
Yes, case workers and the people at the counters are really horrible with working with customers. I've been to an EBT office in two states now, each has their own differences, but nothing quite as horrible as an abandoned grocery store building. -hugs-

Thats what it looked like ;3; There were even grocery carts lined up in the front of the building.

It was sketchy, and scary AF. I'm glad I called, even though the act of even that freaked me out xD But according to the woman I spoke to, everything was okay. I think she heard the panic in my voice.

I don't doubt it! Sounds like all kinds of sketchy to me too!

Very, and asleep. ;3; But its alright, I'm doin alright now. =]

But yeah, I don't even know man.

Glad you are doing better. My husband often sleeps in a lot himself. He stays up really late into the night and also has trouble sleeping.
