So...right now a box with some assorted cat pens and a loom knitting stuffed animal pattern book is sitting in front of my apartment door.
I CAN MAKE MORE ANIMALS THAN JUST FOXES AND DRAGONS NOW!

Petco let me return the leaking tank that I had! So I ended up spending those dollars on a couple of new additions to the tank. I got a Tiger Snail and one of their assorted Platy fish.

All the food shopping was done today. Took five hours. I'm tired, but it's done!

OMG! I saw this dog on my way to my clinic appointment today and I ended up doing a double take because it looked like a bulldog at first but it was too big so I thought shaved Saint Bernard because it looked mastiff, but no! It was white and brindle and smooth coated. After consulting with my older sister I think it was either a mutt with Mastiff and bulldog, or a super-big American Bulldog. I totally would love to have talked to the guy walking the dog but we were in a car. Alas!

...I'm a dog nerd.

My birthday is coming up soon so I am really excited!

Plus I got some presents at work today! I love presents!

The dress I ordered on Amazon showed up today and other than being a bit clingy (I need spanx to control my butt & belly some) it fits great! Want to buy in more colors now.

Good news! My clothes are drying in the dryer so the outfit that I want to wear will be ready by tomorrow morning!

I got up earlier than usual today. I am all showered, dressed, and ready to take on the day. I have work at noon. Thankful to have a job!

I wore my new dress today (despite being a bit worried about how it clings to my belly region) and I am glad, because I look and feel good!
Well, except for the fighting off a cold bit, I feel good.

I just had a red velvet cupcake and it was so delicious! Way more than I expected! <3

Ooh. Too rich for my taste. XD I like the flavor but I can't eat more than a little bit at a time before I've had enough. (The same is true of rich chocolate.)

Today is friday.
This should be my first weekend in 3 weeks I am actually "Off"

Today, I made progress on decluttering my belongings. I'm not quite done, but I'm definitely a step closer on my minimalism journey. My goal is to own only things that have a purpose or give me joy.

Today I have my coworkers kids coming over to weed my flowerbeds for me XD
Gonna teach em the art of quality hard work and earning your own pay XD

I attempted minimalist lifestyle once. The closest part is where I gave up. I did the whole switch the hanger the other way and get rid of what you don't wear. . . well now I have no business clothes and a bunch of band and video game tees XD

My awesome for today is that I got a bit of a head start on a writing project and I really like where it's heading. :D

My brother gave me some old comics to sell and I found a first issue of Suicide Squad from 1987. I'm thing I'm going to hang on to that one for now. There's a good pile of The New Teen Titans as well.
