Some people just can't learn computers

yeah some things you either learn as a kid or just don't xD

that and she's in the mind set that "she's too old to learn" so that hampers her learning as well.

But I think its mostly her memory thats going.. and her councilor won't do tests =o= It's not just learning, but other things too.. her short term memory isn't doing well it seems.. she'll for get something from 2 hours ago or something from 4 days ago...

that's sad <.<
what's the problem with the counselor?

I know a short term memory test you could do at home, but not something so long as two hours ago. It is based on instant recall

I think her councilor is lazy.. she listens to mom and just agrees with everything she says instead of helping her get things right..

When Mom was on Oxygen at the beginning of the year, she blamed ME for the portable tank not working right..

Then when mom and I had a group counseling meeting (both our counselors present) Mom and her councilor put ALL the blame on me when it comes to mom's spending habits during the holidays =o= "You want expensive stuff I can't afford so I get you OTHER expensive stuff I think looks pretty to make you happy so its your fault" >->, the counselor helped her make me feel like the badguy and MY councilor was so friggen SHOCKED at what had happened she couldn't speak.. when we went back to our 1 on 1 sessions my counselor was all "No more of that... >->, that was terrible and I see why you are so stressed out and need me.."

Thats.. I mean, that's the exact opposite of what a counselor is supposed to do. They're supposed to help you develop more healthy ways of communicating and coping, not let you languish in your current state. >.> Sounds like she may need to actually be seeing a psychiatrist, not just a counselor.

Yeah she needs a new counselor too, that wasn't professional at all @_@

her 'psychiatrist' only prescribes her, her meds.. she'll read the counselors report, ask questions every 6 months and prescribe/change meds.. =w=

I can't wait till we move out of ohio...
