I would stare at the bloodied knife on the floor trying to not make eye contact, and become incredibly surprised that I didn't see the bloodied knife in your hand as well and probably not make a noise and wonder why I'm not dead yet, and then remember that I wear a blindfold and you probably think that I don't actually see anything.
