I usually am just checking the AH or announcements. And then being repeatedly annoyed by the way too frequent gacha updates.

It actually is kind of helping to let things go, seeing everything go by so much more quickly. With these arbitrary values to make things more rare than others, it just seems pointless. It's having the opposite intended effect of a money grab...for me at least.
