Where is that part in the rule book?

Page 15, directly after the rule that states a house is worth as much rent as a hostel as long as you buy a pet along with it (animal shaped monopoly pieces don't count).

Section 5, part 2, under the Clause of Major. It says,

Quote:

"Whenever a player goes into debt, has to mortgage property, sell property, is stuck in jail for 10 turns straight, sees their worst enemy win a crapton of money for over the 99th time, or is just sick of the great misfortune this stupidly cutthroat and divisive game has caused them, this player has the right to flip over the board, game table, and other players' chairs in a cathartic rage and start screaming at everyone. Should this happen, it means the game is complete and everybody lost. Have fun, y'all!"

Have they added an Airbnb clause yet?

No, but you can join a gang while in jail and collect protection money from other players' properties.

The last time I played any form of Monopoly, it ended with one of the players ragequitting.

The last time I played, it ended with the bank going broke and my cousin and me offering to take hotels instead of the money you receive from going over start each round.
