i get emojis that look like skinny boxes sometimes. i can't see those on my phone - it's usually from a new phone than mine

yeah. mum has an iphone, so it might also be OS differences.

so younger daughter has an iphone 7, i have a galaxy S6, older daughter has a galaxy S7, hubby has a galaxy S10. and a friend of mine has a galaxy J-something or other. only my friend and hubby have send emojis i can't see. LOL

huh. then again, i have a galaxy S5, which is probably considered fairly old by people's standards, but it works well enough other than a bit of a fucky screen.

pretty sure i got my S6 in january of 2016, so that's pretty old for a cell phone!

Still using my S5 from 2014, as well. I'll miss the removable battery feature, along with other things.

I get boxes on my computer sometimes xD

batteries should genuinely be removeable bc, y'know, they can fucking blow up if given certain circumstances.
