Since the name is so unusual I picked them myself. It's easy to read too. So it should be the most correct way of writing it. Sometimes kanji are sometimes pronounced differently than they appear. But this should be a easy cake for someone who reads Japanese fluently.

oooowww... D:

I think a lot about names. I would like to name my children regular names like Michelle or Sarah that doesn't have a clear meaning, rather than something like April or Faith which have english meanings that would always be associated with the name. I wouldn't be opposed to a foreign-language name with a distinct meaning, because it would be fairly obscure and people wouldn't go "Oh, your name is April? you must have been born in April! hur hur hur."

I think usually the Japanese people choose a name with a good meaning to them. Others may not care they just like thee name but honestly I'm not sure. These days people care less...

I like my names and their meanings, both regular ones and the ones that are associated with in my own language. My middle name is Latvian name of some flower, for example.

Japanese is quite difficult language from what I gather. With all the kanjis and different writings and things. @o@

Yeah, you gotta learn at least 4000. AT LEAST to pass the umm test whatever it's called. It's a test for foreigners and if they pass it they will get A LOT more work opportunities. Get permission to stay and such. They will get more rights. Cause really the only way to become a full citizen is to get married to a Japanese citizen. But this way at least you can get permission to stay for a few years and you can easier get a place to live.

meh...

doesn't look like there's a purple one. Taiki is pink, though.

Japanese isn't hard from a grammatical standpoint. Not even from a katakana/hiragana standpoint. Kanji and the ability to retain the vocabulary are the only things I have trouble with. ]:

My chances to ever pass that test it probably 1% at most. ;> Guess there's only one option left or change life plans. lol
