-Mules: Users are allowed to have up to two (2) mule accounts. That means you can have three accounts: one main and two mules. Any more than that will result in a warning and possible deletion of the extra accounts. There are no IP restrictions on households for those with family members. Users caught pretending to be a family member for the sake of having an extra account will result in actions taken against the offending account.
