Yes, but it brings relief if you have felt like you will have to do it for few hours. I have done it on purpose when I was sick, because swallowing and trying to keep it down was just too hard in the long run.

I can clean it all over and you can use it on the carpet too. x3 I just don't want all of us get sick if mess haven't been cleaned up or slipped upon.

When you are sick is one thing, your body probably wants whatever is in there out, but when you over eat it's just stupid. Simply don't over eat or deal with the bloat.

As long as it's not a habit, that's fine; it is a naturally body function after all. I know that sometimes it does make you feel better 'cause it gets the irritants out and relieves the pressure.

Its sorta like when you drink ALOT, once you purge you feel sorta better. I know thats how i feel though. But now since ive thrown up alot from drinking. My throat feels weird. Think its because of the stomach acid.
