I'm also livin' the dorm life because I need to learn how to grow up and take care of myself. I've always taken living at home for granted, until I saw my tuition/housing bill. D:

it's $721 per month for my housing and meal plan, and $1,100ish for a semester's tuition (I have a half-tuition scholarship)

I always paid a little more to get my own room. ;3 We might have shared an apartment, but I damn sure locked myself in as much as possible.

I like my roommate enough to share with her. she probably keeps her living area enough of an organized mess for me to live with it. and I'm not quite financially secure enough to pay what I'm paying, let alone more. DX
