Have a death in the family or a friend but to have a friend murdered..

I reacently found out that one of my brother's friends through a theater he works with was murdered.

They arrested a guy, he made a full confession but now he is saying he didn't do it yet he said "it had to happen".

I haven't talked to my brother about it.. not sure what to say since I didn't know him.

I also found out one of my friends' father passed away Sunday.

Its really sad...

Losing any one you love is always hard, but if it was unnecessary (no matter if it was murder or a stupid accident) it's even worse
Tell your brother I'm sorry for his loss
