Now that I think about it, there's no really vampire race...which is pretty sweet. (No offense, Alex.)

Vampires are not a race... Vampires have never been considered a race by any sort of mythology.

Vampire's still don't have their own race. Axel was human in life, therefore is a human subtype.

Vampires are subtypes of whatever race they were while they were mortal. This being said, you can't be a vampire.

Well, generally, in out-trisphee context, ghosts don't wander around, too, unless they have some unfulfilled purpose. Who says I don't have one. 8D And besides, I could be a planewalker. xD But then I belong to no race, but I am fine with that ^^
