if you mail in money, you can get this month's items even if it's next month if you ask for them, so long as it's postmarked before the end of the month.

and quickly! you should probably get the money in the mail by the end of the week, just in case it takes time to process.

The postmark is put on the same day it's picked up by the post office, so even if it is processed slow the postmark will still show the correct time.

well that's good to hear. I had issues with my transcripts being postmarked late when I was applying to colleges, but it was the school putting it in the mail, not me. so I guess the school was just slow. D:<
