Failing my assassination attempt her guardian sentinels would finish me while she kept them battle capable despite my best efforts and poisons.

Would probably sick their Bakeneko on me and then stab me with their knives. Quite a painful death I'd say.

She would probably send me those evil red orbs of hers by commanding them with her scythe and annihilate me that way.....while I'm sleeping.
