@Obbie: lol I guess that's true but I don't have a prefference for choosing "attacks"

@Quiet My new Archtype is Battle Sorc Useing a Crossbow and the Launch Bolt Cantrip aka Lv 0 Spell and Mainly Buff spells like mage armor and so on. BTW i play DnD 3.5 >.<

@Moonless it become apparent when you fight the same person alot you can kinda see what they lean towards

I usually look at the person and go with what my gut tells me, though there do seem to be a fair number of spellers out there at the moment. That probably also explains the number of archers too.

I have the books for 4th. Haven't bothered to play it yet. I like my stat sheets the way they are thank you very much! And I'm not forgiving WotC for putting the bard and barbarian classes in a second book. Money grabbers!

lol the spellers would explain why there are alot of archers too since the archers can beat the spellers >.>

@Quiet i play 4th at the sponsored events with friends to goof around with my RP (Like a cleric who smashes face XD) The two DMs i play with House rule a few things and one has the "Explain to me how to attack if i like it all make it work* mentality which i really like.

Not sure I follow you there Obbie, but it sounds similiar to my game group's style of "tell me what you want to do and I'll make up a roll for it."

I prefer 3.5 but don't play often in real life and where I play online it's overrun with 4e and there are few 3.5 DM's left besides myself and the game I play in with my bard.

@Quiet yes its pretty much that he will make up what we need to roll to do the action its great cause my group gets quite creative with combat rather than just "I attack it" >.<

well I got my first bundle from the crystals. Now I'm aiming for a jacket.
