cramps would be you muscles. some times I get cramps for what I see as no reason not bad ones but they are annoying a last a while.

I'm really out of shape. It's pretty sad.
Things hurt all the time. If it's not my leg. It's my arm. If it's not my arm it's my back. and so on.

yeah I know the feeling T_T but I am too lazy to get into shape if I ever try to start something I will stop after a few days

Same here. I'm too lazy to exercise or anything like that. I like sleeping and eating. Watching tv and lounging around. xD
