I like meat I just can't have too much of it, especially beef since it's too heavy for my system

MEAT IS NEEDED FOR SURVIVAL! WITHOUT IT YOU CAN HAVE A B12 DEFICIENCY LIKE I DID! (until I started taking pills)

And you don't want that.

I eat chicken and seafood, it's the greasy beef in mass quantity in one sitting or over a period of time gets my system knocking around

You can eat soy that has basically has some nutrients like meat, hence I eat tofu (which I love when they cook the RIGHT way) and you can get vitamin B12 from some Dairy products like Yogurt (which I eat dairy).

Is it from allergies or stress?

I can't get mom to keep milk in the house. And yogurt has a weird texture for me which mostly ruins it.

And I live in Tennessee-soybean land....and soy is nasty imo

I hate soy burgers.

I don't mind soy, that only type of milk that I can't stand is almond milk XP
