My cat is generally too lazy to play with toys but he does like fresh catnip mice.

The other day, my mom bought a new scratching board for my cat. She just put it on the floor and my cat was all over it before we could properly open the top to reveal the whole board, rofl.

She went nuts when we did. there weren't even any catnip on it yet.

That's so cool! My cats are kind of the opposite.
They don't use the board thingies I guess they're more vertical scratchers.

I really need to get them a new post. One side of my couch is getting mauled.

My cat is a vertical scratcher. Luckily he only goes after my bed's box spring, since I have nothing else for him.

Only one of my cat uses it. The other one doesn't. xD but he's good and never claws on furniture.

Good kitties are...good to have. Bad kitties are fun to watch but it's never fun to try to appease a destructive cat.

Haha yeah, it took a while training them with a spray bottle of water. XD They go outside a lot too, since we live in the country.

A little slap on their nose when you catch them in the act of misbehaving helps, too. for mine at least. xD

although the female swipes back at me when I do that. OTL

My cat is immune to water spray thanks to his thick coat. He likes sour tastes too. We finally had to just ignore him when he did something bad or destructive, then he finally stopped.
