That is usually a worn out book that is on it's way out.

My library is pretty big... I would expect them to carry a lot of things. But I tend not to use it. In part because of the not driving.

☪ஐﻬ☽ The library in town sucks big time. They have a
manga section that has no manga in it and I can
guarantee that there isn't enough kids out here
that read them, this place is a small nosey ass
town and people here think they are god and can
walk on water so I know no one reads mangas but
my son. Too bad they don't have a decent section
here because it's expensive to buy them online.

☪ஐﻬ☽ I never checked into those things before. I don't even know if
I could handle a borrowing program, I don't think
I'd be able to get to the post office in order to
do that. We plan on moving in a year from this hell
hole for sure so hopefully my son is willing to deal
with reading the books at the library that they have
right now instead of being so damn picky.
