I still would prefer gender neutral colors. I hate that colors define a child at birth and if your child is going to be like you, well you do not let gender roles stop you from anything xD.

All babies look alike when they're born, Blue and Pink make it easier for doctors and nurses to tell what gender a baby is in the baby area without having to look for a penis, etc.

Yes but women do not need to be pink, they did not start giving women pink until after world war two, before women had blue. It wasn't until Hitler identified gay men with pink triangles that the colors switched, due to the 1950s ideals of woman and their frailty.

Yeah but that was a product of the time, etc. It was also more to do with the idea of the woman having a maternal role, and pink has long been regarded as a girls' color, not to refer specifically to frailty. I've only seen pink and blue in reference to new borns, never seen it with women myself, etc.
