So am I. I think I'm gonna have a cup of milk before I sleep.

I've never really understood the cup of milk before bed time....

I'm half dead, but I just woke up too, so that could have a factor in it.

Airina: A cup of warm milk can actually really help induce sleep. (Or at least it would seem that way.) I tried it a few times when I was younger and each time helped me get to sleep when I was having trouble. I think it's the whole, "I'm full and I'm warm, it's time to sleep" feel you get when you're done. Kinda like after a Thanksgiving feast but only with a glass of milk, ha ha.

I woke up half-dead this morning... then I rolled over and went back to sleep. I woke up again a little while ago, and now I feel great!

I wish I could just roll back to sleep for hours and hours..... But I have work today.....

Nice! I tried to roll over and go back to sleep this morning but didn't quite make it. The way I slept makes up for it though; I don't think I woke up once last night.

I got a huge container of Nestle strawberry powder to go in my milk. It's nommy.

Eww. Powder never tastes right.

I know, but they didn't have any industrial-sized bottles of the syrup at the wholesale store.
