The worst part? I can't wait to hand Namco another 80 dollars of mine on Jaunary 31st. :D
And... here is where I gripe about Critical Finishes. Did anyone think these were a good idea? I never DC online unless someone beats me with these -- that's not a win, it's a bypass of the entire structure of the game, and one that would never work without the insufferable lag online adds to the equation. It's actually really difficult to punish someone who's going for a CF because they don't play like a normal person at all, it breaks my rhythm horribly.
Also, to keep exploring the Sieg topic, I find I have the most trouble with characters who can just keep up an endless string of attacks, as his interrupts are kind of limited. People like Maxi and Taki are hell for me as Siegried. Amy probably would be, too, but I know her inside-out and those match-ups tend to become hilarious once I learn how they use Amy.
Which brings me to another point. I almost always lose the first round, since I spend it trying to size the opponent up and learn how they fight. Does anyone else play this way?
