Well good. Dang. I'm having trouble typing so if you see typos ignore them. I have an infected thumbnail and it's the one I use to hit the space bar.

Me too but honestly I'm going to have to go see the doctor soon if it doesn't start getting better. The infection keeps spreading further and further up my thumb and it's to the first joint now.

ugh maybe you should see a doctor that sounds bad

It is bad and I'm pretty sure of the course of action my doctor will take which if I'm sure it WON'T be pretty or fun and I won't be able to type for several months. Plus the insurance won't cover it if I'm correct and I'm flat broke right now.

well you should at least see if its what you're thinking instead of letting it get worse. You might find out there is a cheaper treatment its better then letting it get worse and the whole thing being way more expensive because you didn't get it checked out earlier

That's what my mother told me. I know she's right but I get paid friday and I keep hoping that if it doesn't get better then it doesn't get worse until then. Besides, who wants to risk having their thumb nail removed?

Ew. I stumbled into this conversation a bit late and just read something about getting their thumb nail removed. Sounds kinda painful.
