It does seem incredibly addicting.
I'd look up more right now, but alas, not enough sleep in the last couple of weeks, plus stress, plus alcohol is not good for my focus. Think I may attempt sleep in another hour or so...

Would be nice if I could actually get enough.
But I'm sure, as usual, I'll go to bed, toss and turn for an hour or so, finally fall asleep, and be awake 3 or 4 hours later, exhausted, but unable to sleep anymore.

I know that feeling... Sorry to hear it.

It comes and goes.
If I don't get enough sleep tonight, I may just cave and take the sleeping pills I have.
Hate using them though.
